BAE Academy is a professional aesthetics training academy built by real clinic owners, for future practitioners who want to do aesthetics properly.
Founded by Emma and Anjee, both of whom have been successfully running aesthetics clinics since 2018, the academy was created to close the gap between basic training and real-world practice. Too many courses teach techniques without preparing students for real clients, real responsibility and real business decisions — we do things differently.
Our training combines safe, ethical aesthetics with practical business knowledge, confidence-building and ongoing support. We focus on small group learning, hands-on experience and honest guidance so our students leave feeling prepared, supported and capable — not rushed or overwhelmed.
